Feel good
tonight.
Feel great
tomorrow.

Pound is a quiet drink-pacing companion. Tell it what you're drinking and it watches the clock so you don't have to — keeping the night on the right side of the line between a good time and a long morning.

Pound's live screen on iPhone — a pint of IPA mid-night with BAC 0.032, four pacing zones, NEXT ROUND in 50 min, and an 'Another IPA' button.

a pacing guide, not a pour count — from Last Call Labs

How it works

Four steps. One smooth night.

From the first pour to the morning rating — here's what a night with Pound looks like.

  1. 01
    Step 01

    Set up your night

Choose what you're drinking and how you're feeling food-wise. Pound does the math — your weight, your drink, your pace.

  2. 02
    Step 02

    Watch the glass

Your drink appears on screen and slowly drains in real time. Glance at the app, glance at your actual drink. You'll know instantly if you're ahead of pace.

  3. 03
    Step 03

    Get a quiet nudge

No lectures. Just a gentle tap on your wrist when it's time to slow down. Private, discreet, always on your side.

  4. 04
    Step 04

    Rate your morning

How do you feel? One tap. Next time you're tempted to overdo it, Pound reminds you what past you wanted you to know.

Behind the scenes, Pound uses the Widmark formula and your body weight to estimate clearance. You see one glass. The math stays out of the way.

What's in the glass

Four small features. One quiet app.

Pound's live screen in the 'Easy Now' state — a Negroni mid-drain with a gentle 'Still a little ahead. Water wouldn't hurt.' banner and a 29-minute next-round timer.
The live screen

A glass that drains as you drink.

Each pour fills the glass on screen, then drains over the time your body actually needs. The empty line is when the next drink is allowed — not when you'd like it to be. When you drift ahead, a quiet banner suggests a water; no lectures, no streaks.

  • Pour-to-pour timing based on your body, not a chart.
  • Pace bar quietly shifts color as the math changes.
  • Tap to log; long-press to undo. No menus.
Pound's cocktail picker — Margarita, Old Fashioned, Moscow Mule, Gin & Tonic, Vodka Soda, Whiskey Sour, Mojito, Daiquiri, each with ABV, ounces, calories and carbs.
The picker

A house menu that knows the math.

Beer, wine, cocktails, seltzers. Real ABV, real serving sizes — log a Negroni the same way you'd order one. No spreadsheets, no decimal places.

  • Beer, wine, cocktails, seltzer, mocktail.
  • Real serving sizes — pints, half-pints, pours.
  • Pre-filled ABVs from a curated catalog.
Pound's custom-drink builder — a Caipirinha being built with glass and color pickers and an ABV slider.
Custom drinks

Bring your own recipe.

Three hundred classic cocktails come baked in — type "Caipirinha," get the proof. Need something off-menu? Pick a glass, pick a color, slide the ABV. Saved to your device, ready next round.

  • Three hundred classic cocktails, ABVs pre-set.
  • Build from scratch — glass, color, ABV — in seconds.
  • Saved per device. No cloud, no recipes shared.
Pound's morning-after Home screen — three emoji ratings (Feeling great, A little rough, Rough night) above a session history list.
The morning after

A note to next-time you.

Pound asks one quiet question in the morning — how you feel, on a scale of one yawn to four. Leave a sentence for the next version of yourself. We'll remember even if you don't.

  • One emoji rating. No streaks, no scores.
  • Optional note — a sentence to the next you.
  • Quiet for the rest of the day.
Pricing

One price. Once.

No trials, no auto-renew, no marketing emails on your birthday.

Questions, answered

For everyone who's going to ask anyway.

Is Pound a breathalyzer?
No. Pound estimates your blood alcohol using the Widmark formula — body weight, biological sex, drinks, and elapsed time. It's a pacing guide, not a medical device. If you feel impaired, you are. Don't drive.
Does my data leave my phone?
No. Your weight, drinks, ratings, and notes live on your device only. We don't have a server that knows who you are. We use anonymous analytics (PostHog) for crashes and screen visits — nothing about you, nothing about your night.
What do I get for $4.99?
Everything. The full drink picker, the live drain glass, BAC estimation, the 300-cocktail catalog, custom drinks, unlimited history, morning ratings, Lock Screen and Home Screen widgets, and the Apple Watch app. One purchase, no tiers, no trials, no subscription.
Why $4.99 once and not a subscription?
Because we don't want to bug you every month for a tool you use every other weekend. Buy it once. Keep it. We'll make our keep from optional brand placements in the picker — clearly labeled, never gated.
What about Apple Health?
Optional. If you connect it, Pound reads your weight and biological sex to pre-fill your profile. Pound does not write anything back to Health in this version.
Privacy
